We understand that sometimes things change! Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed and processing, we can't cancel it completely. All orders placed online will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

If your order is placed over the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) your order will be dispatched the following business day.

Scout For Her does not accept exchanges, store credit or refunds on change of mind purchases so we ask you carefully consider your purchase. Our customer care team is to here to help you! Please let us know if you have any questions at all.

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process please call us on +61417164343 to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised.

Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

If your request to return an item is approved you must return the product in its resalable condition including packaging and hang tags within 7 days of receipt authorisation. We will need a copy of receipt and will then credit your return using the same method of payment but excluding the incurred freight charges.

We do not refund due to a simple change of mind. Therefore please be sure when purchasing.
